I have perosnally met Andy Cauthen and he is really the right person to hold the title of President and CEO of YTB. Andy sure knows how to get the job done.
Andy joined YTB in November 2004 as COO with a strong background in executive management, corporate operations, administration, marketing, and sales. In his new capacity he will continue to directly manage all day-to-day operations of YTB and work closely with department heads. Andy also oversees various projects, such as the YTB National Conventions, office facilities development, and the international expansion program.
Andy states, “Our number one objective is unparalleled customer service to our company’s field force of over 75,000 RTAs as we sell and support an efficient, functional, and profitable online travel business to these independent sales people.” Congratulations Andy on your new position!
